At Second Summit, we want you to feel confident shopping sustainably. Each item we sell is carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Since we specialize in secondhand gear, most items are final sale — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from your final refund, unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.

 Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale

Heavily discounted or clearance items

Used gear that has been further worn, washed, or altered after purchase

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

You’ll be notified via email when your refund is approved.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (may take 5–7 business days to appear).

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at secondsummitstore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
