Where does your gear come from? 🌲
We source high-quality, pre-owned outdoor gear from trusted sellers, thrift finds, and fellow adventurers looking to give their gear a second life. Everything is inspected carefully before it makes it onto our shelves (or your backpack).

How do I know the gear is in good condition? 🔍
Every item is given a full once-over by our team. We check zippers, seams, straps, and materials to make sure it’s ready for the trail. If there’s a little wear, we’ll tell you in the product description — no surprises here.

Do you accept returns? ↩️
Yes! If your order isn’t quite the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them. For full details, check out our Return Policy page.

How much is shipping? 📦
We offer both USPS and UPS options at checkout so you can choose what works best for your budget and timeline. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Do you ship internationally? 🌎
